The Activate Your Life Experience is a simple yet very powerful self enquiry process based on the premise that…

"Your External Body or Your External Environment

is a reflection of your Internal Environment."

This is a very powerful statement which means:

To improve the quality of your Physical Body (such as your Health and Wellbeing) or your Physical Environment (such as your level of Money and Wealth, your Relationships, your Career, your Business or anything else for that matter) then you first need to improve your Internal Environment (eg the quality of your Thoughts, Feelings and Beliefs).

The science behind the Activate Your Life Experience is that everything, including us humans are all made up of energy and the frequency (or wave length) our energy vibrates at, will only ever attract to us energy that is in alignment with this vibration in our external environment.

So by performing the Activate Your Life Experience you will be working with the universal law of attraction to very easily move into alignment with the health, wealth, relationships, career or business that you have always wanted to have.

How to Perform the Activate Your Life Experience

Step One: Choose an area of your life that you would like to either improve or remove.
For example: Health and Wellbeing, Wealth and Money, Relationships, Career or Business or anything else that you would like and remember to be as specific as you can with your topic. 

Step Two:  Identify what your ideal outcome for this area of your life would LOOK and FEEL like as if it already exists. 

For example: If you want to attract your ideal relationship describe on one list exactly what your IDEAL Relationship would LOOK like and on another list exactly what your IDEAL Relationship would FEEL like.

Note: If you struggle with this, look at all the things that you do not want in a relationship and then write down the opposite of these on your lists.

Step Three: Identify and list any Negative or Limiting THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, BELIEFS and / or BEHAVIOURS that may be stopping you from being, doing or having this. 

Step Four: Remove these Negative or Limiting THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, BELIEFS and / or BEHAVIOURS one by one with the help of the Emotional Freedom Techniques tool.

Step Five: After performing the EFT, list the positive strategies that you will need to perform in order to bring about your Ideal Situation and then TAKE ACTION on them until you have achieved them.

Step Six: Repeat Steps One to Five on any other Ideal Situations that you want to achieve.
