Activate Your Life, Business and/or High Performance Team Coaching Sessions: 24 hours written notice of session cancellation is required. To cancel a session you must provide phone and written email notice to your Activate Your Life Coach and to payments@activateyourlife.com.au
All Life, Executive an Business Coaching Sessions Payments are to be made four sessions in advance by Direct Debit, Cheque, Paypal or Credit Card. Cheque’s are payable to Activate Lifestyle Management Pty Ltd and can be sent to PO Box 1229, Manly NSW, Australia 1655. For direct debits please contact payments@activateyourlife.com.au for Activate's bank details.
An invoice will be emailed to you one week before your next payment is due (if applicable). This is to be paid within 7 Days. Any adjustments from the previous month will be shown (credits or any additional debits). All invoices/quotes are inclusive of 10% GST.
Activate Your Life Corporate Wellness Workshops and Retreats
Andrew McCombe is not confirmed for a retreat until a signed agreement and 50% deposit has been received.
The 50% balance of payment is due 7 days prior to the retreat. Receipts will be issued on email request.
Cancellation fees do apply to bookings, specifically;
a) In the event of cancellation by The Client, the 50% retainer is not refundable.
b) In the event of cancellation by The Client less than one week before the engagement date, the full fee is payable.
c) In the event of cancellation by Andrew McCombe, all monies paid will be refunded to The Client.
Activate Your Life Product and Service Delivery Notes:
Activate Your Life will not deliver any products or services of any kind until full payment has been received.
Activate Your Life will not pay for return postage.
It is highly recommended you use a postage service that uses merchant tracking facilities.
